About Cross Graphics

Established in June 1978, Cross Graphics is a family business offering a wide experience of the Graphic Arts industry. Our personnel have 'hands-on' knowledge of Newspaper Printing and Production, Commercial Heatset Magazine Printing, Gravure Printing and Packaging, and Sheet-fed Print Production.

Since its inception, the company has sold literally hundreds of used web printing presses, together with a wide range of new products. Turnkey installations are part of our portfolio - our good reputation is one of our most cherished assets, many of our clients have continually chosen to work with us over our 46 years of trading.

Our long established associate companies and network of international agents, located around the world, ensure that Cross Graphics receives the most up to date information on the forthcoming availability of a wide range of presses, associated pre-press and post-press equipment to suit every requirement.

Company History

Cross Graphics Limited was originally founded by Peter H Cross with the aim of supplying the printing industry with offset printing plates, plate making and preparation equipment, plus other press consumables.

It soon became clear there was a further need for add-on printing units, folders and reelstands, as the industry expanded and developed.

Trading in used presses and ancillary items helped further develop international business with connections around the globe.

After exposure to these markets the company has gained an excellent reputation with overseas clients. For example one client located in the Far East purchased seven presses in as many years.
